Her recent post about Josie Bates Balka’s small business took fans by surprise. She demonstrated how to use the heatless hair curlers Josie sells. In her caption, she gushed over the product and said, “When my daughter @josie_balka first gave me one of these heatless curlers, I was a little skeptical. It took me a few days to get the hang of wrapping my hair around, but now I think I could do it in my sleep!”

On Reddit, fans are pointing out how she might be interested in making some cash by promoting products online. One fan said, “Sooo is KJ getting paid by EB, or is this her jumping in the influencer game?” Another teased, “She’s in her influencer era hahah.” Other Bringing Up Bates fans are very impressed by her ad.
