Kris Jenner has left a bad taste in the mouth of her fans as she uses her pregnant daughter Kourtney Kardashian and her unborn grandchild to make some quick cash. How exactly did she find a way to profit from her daughter’s pregnancy? Keep reading for the details and what fans think about all of it.

As TV Shows Ace previously reported, Kris Jenner took to Instagram yesterday with a somewhat shocking post. Turns out, Kourtney Kardashian used a company called BabyList to create a baby registry. Kris explained that BabyList made it easy for Kourtney to put items she wanted from absolutely any store in the same registry. Fans agreed this was far more convenient than registering at individual stores.

Fans of The Kardashians, however, did have pretty big questions about why Kourtney even needed a baby registry. With a net worth of $65 million, fans believe she should be able to just buy what she wants or needs. Other fans, however, point out that creating a registry and having a baby shower is just part of the experience. And, it shouldn’t be taken away from Kourtney because she has a lot of money.

Doing a double take, fans realized something else about this Instagram post. Kris Jenner was making money off of it. It was a sponsored post.

How Was She Profiting From Her Pregnant Daughter?

At the end of the post, Kris Jenner clarified it was a sponsored post. This meant that BabyList actually reached out to Kris and was paying her to post a positive promotion about the company.

Now, this discovery had fans scratching their heads as it would have made more sense if Kourtney had the sponsorship with BabyList as she was the one who was pregnant. Fans admit they didn’t exactly understand why Kris was the one who made the deal with the company.

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Kris Jenner is believed to be worth approximately $170 million. This means she’s worth roughly $70 million more than Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian combined. So, fans question why Kris Jenner would even need to use her daughter to make a quick buck.

Fortunately for Kourtney Kardashian, some fans now speculate the only reason she even has a registry with BabyList is because Kris did it as part of the sponsorship. So, perhaps it is not Kourtney but her mother Kris who was actually the greedy one in this situation.

Ultimately, fans think it is a bit strange that Kris Jenner posted about the baby registry on her Instagram with just a photo of herself while making it about Kourtney. Did Kourtney Kardashian benefit from this sponsorship? Did she even really participate in making a baby registry?  Or, was this all a PR stunt managed by Kris Jenner?
