‘Golden Bachelor’ Host Jesse Palmer Talks Kathy, Theresa Feud
Golden Bachelor host Jesse Palmer spoke out about the feud that occurred between Kathy and Theresa this week. Drama happened when Kathy felt that Theresa was bragging about her time with Gerry Turner. It turned into an even bigger dilemma and left two women crying. Golden Bachelor had first taste of drama in the mansion on Thursday night
Golden Bachelor Gerry Turner is starting to form some strong connections with a few of the ladies on the show. Two of those are Kathy and Theresa. Fans saw Theresa get Gerry’s first one-on-one date and they had a fantastic time together.
April spoke out about how the women need to not boast about their time with Gerry. Theresa realized the conversation was geared toward her. She then realized that April was speaking on Kathy’s behalf. Turns out that Kathy did not like to hear Theresa boasting about her connection with Gerry.
Things heated up and Kathy shed some tears while talking to Gerry. She said that she had some daggers come her way that day. So, Gerry awarded her with a rose before the actual ceremony to give her some reassurance.
After that, Theresa pulled Kathy aside to have it out. Kathy told her that she was being “possessive and territorial” with The Golden Bachelor. Theresa said that it wasn’t true that she was simply trying to be open and honest.
Then, it was Theresa’s turn to be upset. She went to her bedroom crying. Gerry went to find her and console her. He really likes her but he doesn’t want drama and feels it could be a stumbling block. Regardless she gets a rose.
Theresa and Kathy spoke at the rose ceremony and they both shared how nice of a guy Gerry is. Then, Theresa said, “He came up to me and said the most wonderful thing. He came up to where I was bawling my eyes out in my bedroom.”
Kathy didn’t like that. She told Theresa to keep that kind of stuff to herself. In a confessional, Kathy said, “I think Theresa’s a nice person. I can’t figure out if she’s dumb as a rock or knows exactly what she’s doing… Zip your lip.”
Jesse Palmer weighs in
Entertainment Weekly shared what Jesse Palmer had to say about the drama this week on The Golden Bachelor. He has witnessed tons of drama so was this time any different?
Jesse said, “The Golden women handle their drama with a lot more poise and diplomacy. They talk it out. It doesn’t mean they agree and find closure, but there is no screaming and yelling.”
He also said that he does not believe that Theresa was trying to be manipulative.
