Although the two enjoyed time together outside of the NFL, recently, some wondered how the relationship is going after Swift missed two major events surrounding the tight end. On Sunday, the Kansas City Chiefs collided with the Minnesota Vikings to extend their winning streak since losing to the Detroit Lions in week one. While the game stayed close with Kansas City winning 27-20, many searched the press boxes and stands, wondering where Taylor Swift was. Sadly, anyone hoping to see the superstar was disappointed as she skipped the game. And even before the game started, on October 5, Travis Kelce celebrated his 34th birthday surrounded by friends and steak. Again, no Taylor Swift. Now with two events missed by the singing icon, fans want to know what is going on.

A person close to the pair told The Messenger that the relationship is “progressing”, noting the NFL star calls Taylor Swift his “good luck charm”. And he should since they haven’t lost a game since their relationship somewhat went public.

Not diving too much into their personal business, the insider explained how much Taylor Swift enjoyed going to Kelce’s games. “Taylor is having the time of her life at these football games cheering on Travis and her friends are fully embracing this era and are having a lot of fun being there.” The source added, “Taylor has worked very hard this last year and It’s fun for her to bring all of her friends along, let loose and show support.”

Although Taylor Swift is used to the cameras and attention, Travis Kelce recently admitted to “Learning” to deal with the paparazzi taking photos all the time. When asked about the sudden surge in attention, Kelce admitted, “It’s worldwide, man — worldwide. It’s been magnified for sure.” While in the spotlight, the NFL star added, “At the end of the day, I have always been pretty good about compartmentalizing and being able to stay focused in this building, so I’ll just keep rolling with that.”
