‘The Masked Singer’: Who Is Cow? All The Clues And Hints
Cow showed up on the season premiere of The Masked Singer and did well enough to move on to sing another night. However, even with all the clues and the performance, it is puzzling who might be under that costume this season.
Here is a look at Cow on The Masked Singer and who might be under that mask.
Cow on The Masked Singer
Cow might have tried to throw The Masked Singer judges off from the start. The Cow costume looks like a 1950s throwback to a diner waitress, including a red apron and a blue wrap in the hair. The glasses are also throwback red glasses with the first thought this was a woman. However, when it came time to sing, it sounded like this might actually be a man under the Cow costume.
The clue package had Cow say that when they were younger they stayed home and lived a simple life “in black and white.” They also said that Cows like them don’t often make it out of their pens. There was also a clue that said “Two-Step Coffee” with the two steps being to add coffee and then add sugar. Cow said they wanted to be a star and had a little bit of trouble handling their emotions. They also said that they learned they could write.
This led to a book with the title “Classic Culinary Cuisine for Cows,” and there was a page for “Classic Cow Cake” with the ingredients. Cow then said that changed everything and they shot to number one. There was also a calendar that said the 4th of July. There was a refrigerator magnet that said “Welcome to Vegas” and Cow said they won Grammys, traveled the world, and released hits, becoming a “cash cow.” The last clue was that their career started with a blockbuster “moo-vie.”
As for The Masked Singer performance, Cow wang “Bones” by Imagine Dragons.
Who is Cow on The Masked Singer?
The panelists all had their guesses on the identity of Cow on The Masked Singer this season. Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg thought it was Shawn Stockman from Boyz II Men (four Grammys) or maybe Usher. Nicole Scherzinger guessed it was Leslie Odom Jr. (4th of July could refer to Hamilton). Robin Thicke didn’t guess the identity, but he said it was clearly a pro who had been on stage for their entire life.
We believe Cow on The Masked Singer is Ne-Yo. The 4th of July clue likely has to do with his song “Miss Independent.” His mother moved him to Las Vegas when he was a child where he attended the Las Vegas Academy. He has been in several different movies, including Stomp the Yard at the start of his career. He is also a three-time Grammy winner.
