My 600-lb Life Season 4 featured the lives of Rena Kiser and Lee Sutton. They appeared in the show as a couple who were both struggling with their weight. They met Dr. Now at 542 lbs and 714 lbs, respectively. Their condition also affected their relationship, which fueled their desire to make big changes to their lives. Rena showed determination early in her weight loss journey. She quickly lost enough weight to qualify for bariatric surgery and eventually dropped 271 pounds, bringing her down to 278 lbs, which is close to their goal of 250 lbs. The My 600-lb Life alum has also kept in touch with the fans online. Most of her photos show that she has maintained a good weight years after the show.

In 2021, the former TLC star shared a stunning photo of herself driving a car. She spends a lot of time with her family and uses FB as a platform to spread motivational words about being a strong woman. Rena has yet to share if she had skin removal surgery. It was delayed during the show after Lee’s father was diagnosed with cancer.

Lee Maintained A Healthy Lifestyle

Lee Sutton had a successful weight loss journey as well. He had a rough start after struggling to shed enough weight to qualify for skin removal surgery. Dr. Now even assumed that he went back to her eating habits. But the My 600-lb Life alum kept working hard and eventually had his excess skin removed.

He dropped 303 pounds with the help of a strict diet and exercise. Dr Now’s patient has also kept in touch with the fans on social media until 2021. Many of his photos show that he still has weight and excess skin to lose. But it’s clear that he has become much healthier. His last reported weight was 411 lbs.

My 600-lb Life: Rena Kiser & Lee Sutton Are No Longer Together?

Rena and Lee have been through some ups and downs during the show. They broke up in 2019 after Sutton was accused of cheating. They eventually got back together. However, it seems that they later called it quits for good. At this point, Kiser’s FB states that she’s in a relationship with a man named Kenneth James Smirk.
