Kourtney Kardashian Declares She Is Happiest Without Her Family

The new season of The Kardashians hit Hulu today! One topic that came up in the premiere is the divide between Kourtney Kardashian and Kim Kardashian which carries over from previous seasons. However, a very specific part of their feud shows that Kourtney Kardashian is over the family. She claims she is happier away from the family.

Heating Up In The Kardashians Season 4

As expected, the drama is pumped up in the first episode of The Kardashians Season 4. Squabbling continues between Kim and Kourtney Kardashian, Khloe says her life was terrible every day of her 30s, and even a food fight broke out at one point. There was a lot of banter about the age differences and how all the Kardashian-Jenners deal with life. Additionally, Khloe Kardashian set the record straight about her and Tristan Thompson.

Kim And Kourtney Kardashian Face Off

The Kardashian Season 4 kicks off with more feistiness from Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian. Undeniably, these two have a hard time seeing eye to eye. They exchange harsh words over the phone and then get to a point where they are consumed with anger.

As most recall, it started after Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker‘s wedding. During that time, Kim entered a partnership with Dolce & Gabbana. Kourtney is upset that Kim partnered with the fashion house that designed her wedding. When Kim took the offer Kourtney felt like Kim made it about her. And so, their fight was never settled.

Play By Play – Kim And Kourtney Kardashian Hashing It Out

As the family prepared for a trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, for a fun family getaway, Kim and Kourtney Kardashian butted heads over the phone. As such, Kourtney did not attend. In many ways, they have calmed the divide several times but then it will reignite when one of them watches an edit of The Kardashians. Kourtney admitted, “What’s harder than living it is watching it back in the edit, which isn’t a natural way of living. So my whole family is going on a trip to Cabo but three days earlier, before the trip, Kim and I have this heated phone call.”

Shots Fired

On their call, Kim invited Kourtney Kardashian to come with her to Milan. Kourtney declined, revisiting that while she supports Kim, she doesn’t agree with her taking the deal with Dolce & Gabbana. At this point, it was open season again between them. Kim defensively says, “I was like, wait nothing happened at the wedding, it wasn’t even a conversation at the wedding.” But Kourtney disagreed, “I think it was what you saw at the wedding because nobody had any interest before that… You saw this thing that was mine and wasn’t yours, and you wanted it.”

Shots were fired back and forth between them. It all boils down to that Kourtney Kardashian sees Kim as a narcissist. Defending herself, Kim pulled in more information about the family and Kourtney’s friends being concerned. It fueled the fire and left the two more angry than before.

Kourtney Kardashian Is Over Family Affairs

Kim asked, “Why do you hate me so much, and why you’re so angry with me.” She continued, “I was so happy for you … you have a serious vendetta. You hate us, you’re a different person, we all talk about it.” Kourtney spit back, “Because I don’t need you guys anymore, I don’t need to be a part of it.” In the end, Kim frustratedly asked her sister if she was happy. Kourtney bluntly said, “Yes, but not when I’m on the phone with you.” Then adding, “I have a happy life and that happiness comes when I get the f— away from you guys. Specifically you.”
