He described the experience as a mental warfare. He said, “The cold is brutal, and it’s debilitating, it just kills you. It’s truly just full-blown mental warfare within yourself. You learn and you grow a lot, you learn a lot about yourself.”

Tyler went on to say that things got really dark in his thoughts. He knew he was beaten up and hurting so why continue? Tyler wasn’t making any money on it so what is the incentive to be putting himself through this torture?

He dealt with it by writing down his thoughts and feelings in a journal. Tyler pushed through this negative thinking and continued on.

Physically he was also beat up. He said his hands were ripped to shreds and bleeding. Plus, his back was really tight.

He thought it would be easy

Tyler revealed that when he took them up on the offer to compete on Special Forces it would be a little vacation. He didn’t think it would actually be as tough and grueling as it actually was.

He said, “I was wrong. It was not the vacation I was looking for. It was hard and it beat me up, but it was an incredible experience.”

The reality stars were put to the test with actual challenges taken from a special forces selection process.

Tyler said it was the hardest thing he’s ever done. He’s excited for the world to see a different side of him. He said, “But I’m excited for everyone to see this side of me, stripped down to my core, see my character, my values, what I believe in, and the way I treat people. I think that all comes out on the show.”

Fans won’t want to miss this incredible show take these stars to New Zealand to endure some of the toughest challenges in existence.
