Pilot Pete Weber Set To Join Cast Of Twisted Game Show
Former Bachelor pilot Pete Weber is joining the cast of a highly rated and twisted game show. The news broke on Thursday. Along with Weber, there is a star-studded cast of reality stars appearing with him. What is the show that is being highly rated and anticipated? Keep reading to find out more.
Pete Weber set to join game show
Bachelor pilot Pete Weber is joining a new show and it’s not part of The Bachelor franchise. There had previously been a lot of speculation that he could have been joining Season 9 of Bachelor in Paradise. However, that proved to be false information. So what show is he heading to?
Entertainment Weekly has now confirmed that Pete is joining The Traitors Season 2. Peter is set to join returning host Alan Cumming and his dog Lala who will be his co-host. The list of celebrities is incredible that will be partaking in Season 2.
Some of the confirmed cast includes two of the greatest Survivor players ever, two-time winner Sandra Diaz-Twine and champion Parvati Shallow. Big Brother legends Dan Gheesling and Janelle Pierzina are also on the show. Others include stars from, The Challenge, The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Love Island USA and The Bling Empire. Plus, oddly enough there is a member of the British Parliament and a professional boxer competing for the big monetary prize.
What is The Traitors?
The Traitors is a reality competition series in which players live in a castle in the Scottish Highlands. There are two kinds of contestants on the show. Some are Faithful while some are Traitors. The big plot, nobody knows who is who. As they all work to complete different missions they build the money pot which will eventually reach a quarter of a million dollars.
The Faithful contestants must try to figure out who among them could be a Traitor. They will banish someone at the end of each mission. If they are able to get rid of all the Traitors, everyone who remains at the end of the season will split the money pot. However, if the Traitors are not eliminated successfully then they will take the entire pot of money.
As of now, nobody knows who is who and viewers do not know Pete’s part, a Faithful or a Traitor. Season 2 will not premiere on Peacock until early 2024.
