‘RHOC’ Star Shannon Beador Arrested, Flees & Hides Evidence

A breaking bombshell has just dropped on Bravo fans: The Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador was arrested over the weekend in SoCal. The reality TV star was reportedly arrested for a pretty serious crime. Moreover, police reports claim Shannon Beador not only tried to flee after committing the crime, but she attempted to hide the evidence as well. What exactly did Shannon Beador get arrested for? RHOC Star Shannon Beador Arrested, Flees & Hides Evidence

Per TMZ, sources confirm the Bravo personality drove her vehicle onto a Newport Beach residential property on Saturday night. Shannon Beador accidentally clipped the home on the property. She, however, did not stop and call the authorities after clipping the house.

Instead, Shannon Beador turned back onto the street. She kept driving for a while. The TV personality then, reportedly, parked her vehicle in the middle of the road. Once the vehicle was in park, she proceeded to get out of her vehicle. She took her dog with her.

Sources also tell TMZ that Shannon Beador proceeded to act as if she was simply taking her dog for a walk. Seemingly abandoning her vehicle which was now parked in the middle of the road. The TV personality reportedly put on the appearance of simply walking her dog when police arrived following a 911 call.

Unfortunately for Shannon Beador, no one was buying her act. The officers on the scene suspected the TV personality was under the influence. So, she was arrested and taken into custody. The authorities also took possession of her vehicle while investigating the damage to the home she clipped.

What Charges Does She Face?

A representative of the Newport Beach PD tells TMZ the RHOC star was booked for two misdemeanor changes including a DUI for alcohol and a hit and run. The TV personality received a citation and she was released without the need to pay bail. TMZ did get confirmation that Shannon Beador is NOT currently filming with Bravo. Likewise, a new season of RHOC is not in production right now.

Sadly, 2023 has not been a good year for this Bravo personality. As fans who follow her know, she recently went through a heartbreaking break-up. In January of this year, she opened up about ending things with John Janssen. John and Shannon were together for three and a half years. So, the break-up was difficult for her to cope with.

Turns out, her boyfriend blindsided her by ending things in November of last year. The break-up happened just a few weeks after they wrapped up filming Season 17 of RHOC. “He told me he was done with the relationship. And to hear what he said to me then was absolutely devastating.” She said at the time.
