Kroy Biermann Court Docs Reveal His Fear For Children’s Safety
Court documents reveal that Bravo alum, Kroy Biermann fears for his children’s safety. The father of six, with four minor children, is in an up-and-down relationship with Kim Zolciak. Kroy Biermann Court Docs Reveal His Fear For Children’s Safety
It has been a rollercoaster ride for Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak. Their home was nearly foreclosed on twice and almost put on the auction block. The duo owed over one million dollars to the IRS so they were in a bind. Then, they filed for divorce and it got ugly. They were throwing jabs at each other, with him saying she had a gambling problem. More so, she retaliated, asking for him to be drug tested and it was a mess. Eventually, they reconciled but that lasted around a month before they filed again. Now, things are getting messy with Kroy fearing for his children.
Though they have six children, four are minors- KJ, Kash, Kaia, and Kane. According to Us Weekly, Kroy Biermann filed documents on Thursday, September 14th. He alleges that his estranged wife is rarely home with their children. Furthermore, he noted that Kim has a tendency to take videos of herself as she drives. Of course, she is not alone while doing so as she has the kids in the car with her so it is dangerous behavior. Kroy Biermann has long wanted a guardian ad litem during the divorce to help where the children are concerned.
He had found a family law attorney named Diane Woods. Her position would be: “an attorney for the children and as the eyes and ears of the court.” Additionally, Kroy’s attorney, Marlys A. Bergstrom argued this: “[The guardian] can do whatever investigation she feels necessary to help the court determine what custodial arrangement is in the best interest of the children. Ms. Diane Woods is a very experienced and well-respected Guardian Ad Litem.”

Finally, Kroy Biermann has stated that Kim Zolciak had desired to hold a peach on RHOA once again. He felt that would be detrimental to the children for her personal gain. She will be returning to reality television but in a different capacity. No word on how he will handle this but it seems Kroy just wants his children to be protected in all ways.
