Hallmark’s upcoming new romcom 3 Bed, 2, Bath, 1 Ghost has some otherworldly vibes. What is it about? According to the synopsis, Anna is new to the real estate business. Her first listing is an older home that has been vacant and unsold for too long. Anna sees the potential and makes plans to fix it up to sell quickly.
However, things change quickly when she sees Ruby (Madeleine Arthur), a 1920s flapper. The thing is, she is not an old woman, she is young and in authentic 20s garb. That is because she is a ghost! But, how does Anna see her when countless others cannot?
The ghost and the realtor are at a standstill. Anna needs to sell this house quickly and prove herself to her new boss. But, Ruby wants to stay in her home, despite her spirit form.
Soon, the two discover they have something in common. Both left their fiancés at the altar. Back in the day, Ruby was madly in love with the wrong man. That guy was Charlie (Thomas Darya), her driver. She didn’t call off her wedding because of personal reservations. Instead, she canceled the wedding because her father disapproved of this marriage.
She wanted to get back together with Charlie and have her happily ever after, but she met her demise before that could happen.
As for Anna, she has a renovation business with her ex-fiancé Elliot. But, the business failed. This led her to end the relationship as well. Now, Anna needs to spruce up the stately abode. She calls Elliot. He is still hurting from their breakup, but he is willing to help her out. As they spend more time together, their feelings come back.
“Ruby sees their interaction and decides that Anna and she have been brought together for a reason, by helping Anna rekindle her love, she hopes to gain the closure she needs to finally move on.”
