‘The View’ Whoopi Goldberg Nearly Goes NSFW Amid Big Change
The View host Whoopi Goldberg almost went NSFW (not safe for work) amid a big change on the show. Upon her return this week, she had a strong reaction as she noticed something had changed on the talk show’s set. What changes have been made for the new season, and how does Whoopi really feel? As we reported, the new season of the talk show kicked off on Tuesday, September 5. Unfortunately, Whoopi was out for the first episode due to her testing positive for Covid. Her co-host Joy Behar filled in as moderator and reassured viewers that Whoopi was on the road to recovery. However, she remained absent for the entire first week of the show.
Luckily, this week, Whoopi made her return to The View stage. She was greeted by viewers with a very kind standing ovation. She was missed by fans, and of course, they were worried about her. Everyone was thrilled to see her again and glad to learn that she was feeling better too.

When Whoopi returned to The View stage this week, she had to get used to the changes made for the new season. The hosts were treated to a new and improved stage. However, this wasn’t an easy adjustment for the actress. After she received a standing ovation, she went to take her seat. She was surprised to learn that there were new chairs, and they weren’t quite what she was expecting.
As Whoopi settled in and bounced on her chair, she said, “Let me say, this chair…”
Her co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin agreed and said the new seats are “hard to get used to.”
Whoopi continued, “I have a little more space that I need cause my butt is like.” She then demonstrated by sucking in to explain what was happening with her booty in the seat. She added that this “should feel better than it does.” Despite her disliking the chairs, she does appreciate the new table.
Then, The View host almost took things a little too far with a comment that nearly went NSFW. Whoopi said, “Oh, shh-. Oop. Almost said it. I forgot where I was. I almost said the ‘S’ word. Almost.”
