My Big Fat Fabulous Life star Whitney Way Thore has been going through a lot lately. Recently, she came forward with information about significant weight loss. Genuinely, Whitney Way Thore has been struggling with the loss of her mother and has symptoms present that are concerning. Also, speculations are circling that she may not have the purest of motives with her mother, Bab’s funeral. But now, people have been questioning her about excluding two of her closest friends Heather Sykes and Lennie Alehat.

Sadly, Whitney Way Thore lost her mother in December of 2022. She has become somewhat distraught with the realization she is having memory loss since her mother’s death. Every part of her life has been directly or indirectly affected by this significant loss in her life. In brief, Whitney Way Thore posted an Instagram video of her posing with two people whose faces are covered. As two photos scrolled back and forth with a blonde-haired woman emoji covering the other women’s faces, Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “Sweet Home Alabama” plays in the background. It was to tease My Big Fat Fabulous Life Season 11. The caption said, “Can’t wait for y’all to meet all the wonderful new people in my life! Having a lot of fun with these two this weekend!”
In response, online commenters jumped to point out she didn’t acknowledge familiar faces from past seasons. Noticeably excluded were ex and friend Lennie Alehat and bestie Heather Sykes. Poking back at her, one user asked where Lenny and Heather were, commenting, “Did you get rid of some of the old people in your life?”

Out With The Old & In With The New?
From the questions that popped up quickly, people assume that Whitney Way Thore is treating this as an “out with the old in with the new” situation. Even though she is catching flack for this, she also had fans push back on her behalf. Some fans attempted to defend Thore, calling out the rudeness of the original comment. But Thore let them know she could take care of it by saying, “Please get a life and stop saying s*** you have no earthly idea about.”
Whitney Way Thore set the record straight saying, “[Lenny Alehat] is at my house every M/W/F,” with a crying laughing emoji. As for Heather, Whitney Way Thore quipped, “I’m not sure where [Heather] is at this exact moment.” Surprisingly, Heather Sykes quickly responded that she was “in her bed.” Thore acknowledged saying, “There you go!”

Presently, Heather Sykes’ Instagram profile shows a busy mom raising her children. Seemingly, she is pursuing her musical acting career. The two seem like they are fine, but only time will tell.
