It seems that the plans for DWTS Season 32 keep changing!

Fans are ready to enjoy the fall television schedule and tune into their favorite ballroom competition. But there are so many moving parts behind the scenes. According to one insider, it’s getting difficult for ABC executives to pin down the final schedule.

But one thing is certain; the show will go on.

Keep reading to see what to expect when DWTS Season 32 finally airs on television.

DWTS Season 32 will reportedly arrive in a few weeks

Insider Kristyn Burtt recently put out a TikTok revealing that there is a lot going on behind the scenes of Dancing With The Stars right now. The SAG-AFTRA strike has made it difficult to secure celebrity talent. And on top of that, it’s caused some chaos for the fall television schedule.

Since writers are also on strike, ABC doesn’t currently know when they’ll have new episodes of their scripted shows either. As Burtt points out in her video, there are still many questions about the DWTS Season 32 premiere date. It’s still expected to take up the 8-10 PM eastern time block on Monday nights.

One problem exists though: Monday night football. According to Burtt, ABC has chosen Tuesday, September 26 as the premiere date because there was a hole to fill in the schedule. After that, the series will reportedly go back to Monday nights for each following week.

And it seems like producers have finalized the cast list. Good Morning America will reveal the entire cast on September 13, 2023. Sadly, many familiar faces won’t return. Lindsay Arnold, Witney Carson, and Mark Ballas all confirmed that Season 32 isn’t in the cards for them.

Burtt also teases the official pros list

Fans who follow DWTS pros on Instagram have likely noticed that several of them are back in the rehearsal room. The official pro list won’t be out until September 13, but Kristyn Burtt seems to know who will come back.

According to her TikTok, this is the official pro list for the upcoming season:

Male dancers:

  • Sasha Farber
  • Brandon Armstrong
  • Alan Bersten
  • Gleb Savchenko
  • Artem Chigvintsev
  • Val Chmerkovskiy

Female dancers:

  • Britt Stewart
  • Emma Slater
  • Jenna Johnson
  • Peta Murgatroyd
  • Daniella Karagach
  • Koko Iwasaki
  • Rylee Arnold

Rylee Arnold is Lindsay Arnold’s youngest sister and is 18 years old. She previously participated in Dancing With The Stars Junior. Some fans speculated that one celebrity cast member might be very young, prompting the casting directors to choose Rylee.

The troupe will also allegedly not be part of Season 32, disappointing many fans.
