‘The Bachelorette:’ Did Josh Seiter FAKE His Death?
In a shocking new update, Josh Seiter of The Bachelorette has returned from the dead. His quick return, however, has many questioning if it is possible he faked his death as a PR stunt.
As TV Shows Ace reported less than 24 hours ago, Josh Seiter’s Instagram account issued a statement confirming he was dead at the age of 36. The statement noted the family asked for privacy during this difficult time. Because the statement came directly from Josh’s account, his fans and followers had no reason to believe it wasn’t true.
The Bachelorette: Did Josh Seiter FAKE His Death?
Josh Seiter took to Instagram just a few minutes ago and posted a new Instagram Reel. In the Reel, he said hello to everyone before stating the obvious: He was alive and well. Josh proceeded to explain what happened that caused everyone to think he was dead.
The Bachelorette star is claiming someone hacked his account and used his with his mental health struggles and suicide attempts to play a cruel joke. Unfortunately, Josh continues to explain he has become the latest victim of a celebrity death hoax.

Josh Seiter concluded his video by apologizing for all the pain and confusion the cruel hoax caused. He also insisted he was working with a team to determine who hacked his account. And, he would update everyone with more information as “the facts come in.”
Was He Actually Hacked?
Unfortunately for Josh Seiter, a large portion of those who have been following this story don’t believe him. They don’t believe he was actually hacked. Many speculated yesterday that he was never really dead. They argued it was a PR stunt. And, that he would resurface and claim his account was hacked.
Josh Seiter claims he spent the past 24 hours desperately trying to get back into his Instagram account after it was hacked. That, however, doesn’t explain why he didn’t try reaching out to outlets via other forms of communication. Likewise, Josh also wasn’t answering phone calls while he claimed he was trying to get back into his account.
