Has Claim To Fame been renewed for Season 3? Season 2 just ended on Monday, August 28th and one person was declared the winner. Yet, has this fun and highly successful celebrity relative guessing game been renewed or is it on the chopping block? Read on for more details.
Has Claim To Fame Been Renewed For Season 3?
Season 2 of Claim To Fame was filled with a lot of celebrity relatives. Chris was an enigma the entire time, being guessed wrong three times. Fans on Twitter could not get over how wrong the contestants were. It was revealed that his family were Mormons from Utah. Yet, it was guessed that he was related to Sir Elton John and Billy Idol, both of whom are British. At one point, someone even suggested Prince for him. The final four were Karsyn, Chris, Gabriel, and Monay though Karsyn and Gabriel seemed to be fairly obvious based on their clues.
Sadly, Chris was awful with pop culture but Karsyn was the first one to get sent home in the two-hour finale. It was revealed that her Claim To Fame was Dale Earnhardt, Jr., the famous racecar driver. That left Monique, Chris, and Gabriel as the final three and it could go any possible way. The eliminated cast returned to help and give insight. Jane was great as in she knew who Monay was related to. In the end, Monay guessed Chris’ celebrity relative and she got it right. FINALLY! Then, Gabriel opted to be the guesser which was a scary choice.
More so, many viewers did not think he knew her Claim To Fame but he did and he ultimately won the 100K. It was a huge celebration but with all of the excitement, what does the future hold? Will there be a Season 3 of the hit reality series and if so, when will it premiere? According to The Sun, fans spotted one vital hint and that was a casting call for celeb relatives during the commercial break. Therefore, they are actively recruiting for another season.
Kevin Jonas Is Ready
At the end of the Claim To Fame finale, host Kevin Jonas added: “That is it for us here at Claim to Fame. We will see you next time. Good night everybody.” So, when will it come back for another season? There was about a year between Seasons 1 and 2 so fans should expect Season 3 in the Summer of 2024. As to who will be in the cast, that seems to be up in the air but hopefully, it will be just as exciting, if not more, than this year.
