Catelynn Baltierra Shares Beautiful Life Update About Carly

Teen Mom OG stars Catelynn and Tyler Baltierra share the latest update on firstborn Carly’s wonderful life. Catelynn and Tyler were only 16 at the time when they had their first daughter, Carly. The two were only in high school and knew nothing about raising a child. So they ultimately made the extremely hard decision to place Carly up for adoption when she was born in 2009. Now the Baltierra’s have three other daughters Nova (8), Vaeda (4), and Rya Rose (1). Catelynn Baltierra and Tyler Baltierra stay in close contact with Carly and her adoptive parents.

Catelynn Baltierra’s Reunion With Her First-Born Carly

In June 2023, Catelynn and Tyler reunited with Carly their first daughter they had when they were just 16! Carly is now 14 which is how old Tyler and Catelynn were when they first started dating! Tyler explained:

“To see everything just coming full circle, like between mine and Cate’s story and then, you know, seeing Carly’s story now that she’s getting to this age where she can kind of tell her own, It’s amazing to watch her with all the girls and hear her own little personality and just her opinions on stuff and talk to her.”

Catelynn explained she was so thankful to still be a part of Carly’s life and that the other girls got to know who their big sister was. The couple enjoys sitting back and watching all the girls talk and play together. Catelynn recalled how smart, educated, and talented Carly is. Carly enjoys playing the violin and she’s very good at it.

In Touch Weekly reported, although the Baltierra’s have had their disagreements with the Davises, Carly’s adoptive parents. They currently have a neutral relationship, we respect them and they respect us, claiming their relationship was good.

Carly And Her Three Sisters’ Unbreakable Bonds

Catelynn and Tyler Baltierra both believe that the most important thing is that all the sisters have a bond. Catelynn explains:

“I could give a crap less about me and Tyler, which I’m blessed we are able to, but as long as the girls have a connection, that’s what’s most important to me.”

The four girls all get along great and love spending time with each other. Catelynn admitted that adoption was extremely hard and saying goodbye only gets harder each time. But seeing the three girls and Carly grow such a close bond, makes it all worth it and more.

Although to an extent Teen Mom OG stars Catelynn and Tyler both wish they would’ve kept Carly. They know their final decision was the correct one for Carly and the two of them at the time.
