Tributes for Kathie Lee Gifford, 70, are continuing to pour in. The mother of two and proud grandmother used to be seated next to the iconic Regis Philbin. Tributes For Kathie Lee Gifford, 70, Continue Pouring In

Kathie Lee Gifford was the OG Kelly Ripa but has had a lasting career even after exiting Live. She has gone on to raise two children, Cody and Cassidy, the latter who has become a Hallmark staple. Sadly, she lost her longtime husband, Frank Gifford in 2015 but has persevered. Now, tributes are pouring in for the seventy-year-old but why? It’s her birthday! According to ET, Kris Jenner shared a throwback photo of the two dressed lavishly in the snow on her Instagram. Over the sweet snap, Jenner wrote: “Happy birthday @kathielgifford. I love you!!!!”

Additionally, Hoda Kotb, who worked with Kathie Lee Gifford on Today, had the sweetest tribute for her friend’s big day. She shared a photo of two, seemingly having a great time celebrating together. Additionally, she gave a status update as to what Gifford’s new life is like now. “You know what, she is living her best life. When she chose to leave here and go to Nashville, she’s been doing nothing but creating and making new memories. I think she’s happier than she’s ever been.”

Another Today co-worker, Jill Martin, who had been with Gifford back to her Live days, shared a tribute to her, as well, per The Sun. She shared how she was Kathie Lee’s intern at Live. Martin went on to add: “And we grew into best friends, a ride or die who is always there…in good times and in bad…”
