Bringing Up Bates star Kelly Bates is sharing a precious new baby with the world! She took to social media to let fans know all about the newest addition to the family. The Bates family is always growing. Currently, three Bates women are known to be pregnant, including Lydia Romeike Bates, Erin Bates Paine, and Josie Bates Balka. Just this week, another baby was born.
Bringing Up Bates: Kelly Bates shares the new baby with the world.
On her Instagram page on Wednesday, Kelly revealed to fans that she and Gil are grandparents once again! Their son, Zach Bates, and his wife, Whitney, have welcomed their fifth child to the world. Baby Lily Jo joined big siblings Bradley, Kaci, Khloé, and Jadon on August 15.
In her post, Kelly introduced the new addition to her followers, sharing her name and birthday. Then, she continued, “She’s a beautiful gift of God, and we are looking forward to every moment we get to shower her with love! We’re so proud of you, Zach & Whitney! Your love for your family shines so brightly, and we know Lily is already adored by her sweet siblings too!”

On her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, Kelly Bates shared a few more snaps from the hospital after welcoming her newest grandbaby to the family. A couple of the pictures were originally shared by Carlin Bates Stewart and Whitney Bates, so Kelly simply re-shared them. Then, she posted a photo of herself snuggling the new baby. While sharing that sweet photo with fans, the happy grandma said, “Welcome, Lily Jo! We love you already!”

Kelly Bates’ Instagram followers are loving all of the pictures of Lily Jo. They think she’s just precious and they’re glad to hear that the whole family is doing well. One fan said, “LOVE the name!!! And she is just so perfect! Congratulations to you all!!!”
