British actor Darren Kent, best known for his roles in Game Of Thrones and EastEnders has been confirmed dead at the age of 36. According to The Mirror, the actor passed away last week. Confirmation of his death, however, was only made public in the past hour.
As those who have followed Darren Kent’s career over the years know, he has had a rough uphill battle when it comes to his health. Over the years, he’s battled arthritis, osteoporosis, and an extremely rare skin disorder.
It was his agency, Carey Dodd Associates, who first tweeted the news confirming the actor had passed away.
It is with deep sadness we have to tell you that our dear friend and client Darren Kent passed away peacefully on Friday. His parents and best friend by his side. Our thoughts and love are with his family in this difficult time. RIP my friend.”
At this time, his exact cause of death has not been reported, but most are speculated it is connected to his constant battles with his health over the years.

Best known for his role as Goatherd from Slavers Bay in Game Of Thrones, the actor had 40 credits to his name at the time of his passing. One of his more recent roles included playing “Yes Corspe” in the 2023 Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves film. Some of his other noteworthy credits on his resume include:
