Is it baby time for Rosemary and Leland? What is happening in When Calls The Heart Season 10, Episode 4, “Great Expectations”? According to the Hallmark synopsis, it is time for the baby to be born, but it is not happening so fast.
Although Baby Coulter is late, Dr. Faith Carter (Andrea Brooks) assures everyone that all is as it should be. But, Lee is feeling so helpless. He is outside, while Rosie is inside with Elizabeth (Erin Krakow).
Although Lucas (Chris McNally) tries to calm him, it is understandable. He has to wait while his wife may be in pain or worse. Childbirth is dangerous and he doesn’t want anything to happen to his wife or baby.
Meanwhile, Elizabeth talks about giving birth to Little Jack. She talks about Rosemary and Abigail (Lori Loughlin) being by her side. There is no doctor. She gives birth near a snowdrift with only a Christmas sausage for food. Now, Elizabeth is there to help her friend get through this night.
Eventually, with Faith’s encouragement, the entire town of Hope Valley is there to support Rosemary. She is getting closer to giving birth. Will their love and support help get her through this difficult birth?

As Rosemary and Leland await Baby Coulter, Hope Valley tourist Madeline (Stefanie von Pfetten) has decided that she enjoys this quaint town. Could she have her eye on the man about town Bill Avery (Jack Wagner)?
Bill started out hating all of the tourism in town. He wanted the hot springs to himself. However, he is seeing the benefits. They are not all financial as seems to enjoy talking to Madeline.
However, is Bill falling into a romance, or a trap?
