While some fans appreciate her frequent updates, others are accusing the Bringing Up Bates star of being full of herself.

As we reported, last week, Carlin got a haircut and chopped off a good amount of length. After her haircut, the mama of two took to Instagram to flaunt her sassy new hairdo.

Bringing Up Bates fans are annoyed with her self-centered actions.
On Reddit, a fan reposted Carlin Bates Stewart’s video and called her out for being “full of herself.” They explained, “It’s a whole video of her throwing her hair around.”
Another fan chimed in, pointing out an important detail. They said, “It seems weird that they claim to be so strong in their faith, but are some of the most vain, self-absorbed people.” Someone else got the vibe that Carlin might actually be insecure because she’s often seeking approval via social media.
Also in the Reddit thread, other fans are talking about how Carlin’s behavior is pretty normal when it comes to social media. It’s not uncommon for people to post photos and videos of themselves, especially when they have new haircuts or outfits to show off. Her sister, Josie Bates Balka, is also an influencer and posts frequent photos of herself, her stylish outfits, and her gorgeous hair and makeup.
It looks like some fans are annoyed by Carlin’s “self-centered” videos and pictures, but others think this is nothing out of the ordinary when it comes to social media.
