‘Big Brother’ 2 New Interesting Alliances Already Formed
This season, the houseguests on Big Brother aren’t wasting any time. It’s only day one and some of the 17 people in the house have already picked who they are going to be working with. Keep reading to learn more about the alliances that have formed in the first 24 hours.
Big Brother alliances starting already
Anyone who watches Big Brother knows that while the game is a social experiment, it’s also a massive game of strategy. It seems that the houseguests this season are taking that very seriously as they have already started forming their alliances. Within the first day, fans saw two different groups form while watching the live feeds of the house.
The first alliance formed consists of five different people. Of course, no Big Brother alliance would be complete without an alliance name. These five have settled on the Phalanx Five Monsters & Critics reports.
So who exactly is in this group of five? The founding members consist of Luke Valentine, Reilly Smedley, Matt Klotz, Jared Fields, and Kirsten Elwin. It seems that this group is rather lucky considering the brand new HOH is a member. It was revealed today that Reilly ended up taking home that HOH comp crown and will be the first to hold a position of power in the house.
Any other groups?
Of course, there isn’t just one alliance running around the house. Instead, there are two. The second alliance is a rather intriguing one. This one started when it was revealed that Survivor legend Cirie Field’s son would be a houseguest in the game. His name is Jared…yes, the same Jared that is in the Phalanx Five. However, now, Jared is on the block after losing the competition last night.
Luckily, that’s not the only twist. Jared got lucky and Cirie Fields, Jared’s mom, might be there to save the day. Cirie was announced last night as the 17th mystery houseguest that Big Brother had been keeping a secret. Cirie has been on Survivor multiple times and even won The Traitors, so it’s safe to say she probably knows what she is doing in the BB house.
After a lot of chatting last night, Cirie let Jared know that she’s confident she has the votes to keep him safe. This is because she started her own four-person alliance. The alliance consists of Cirie, of course, Felicia Cannon, Kirsten Elwin, and Mecole Hayes.
Now, there’s no telling what will happen or who will go home. Especially because Cirie’s alliance that she has to save her son actually features two of the other nominees up for eviction.
Will a mother/son duo make it to the final two? While that would be a first in Big Brother history, fans will just have to tune into the live feeds on Paramount+ or Pluto TV to see what unfolds.
Do you think either of these alliances will make it to the end? Will there be a mother/son final two this season? Let us know what you think in the comments below. Come back to TV Shows Ace for more Big Brother updates.
