‘Big Brother 25’ Premiere Shocks, Nominates 4 Houseguests For Eviction
Big Brother fans know that the show wouldn’t be what it was without a shocking twist, and that’s exactly what happened tonight. In honor of the 25th anniversary of the show, it seems they pulled out all the stops and amped up the shock factor. Keep reading to learn all the juicy details about the game-changing twists introduced this season so far.
Big Brother 25 Shocking Twist Revealed
Kicking off the premiere of the 25th season of Big Brother, fans and houseguests got insight as to what the ‘most unpredictable’ season of the show has to hold. Julie kicked the episode off, alerting everyone to the theme this season – the Big Brother multiverse. This theme includes four different universes – The Comicverse, Humiliverse, Scaryverse, and Scrambleverse. These four universes can unleash new twists at any time. And, the Scrambleverse did just that tonight.
The Scrambleverse changed the traditional first HOH competition all around. Instead of fighting for the HOH room and power, the houseguests were actually fighting to stay in the game. This means that instead of crowning an HOH, four houseguests went on the block.
“For the first time ever, nominees will be named before a head of household is even crowned,” Julie reveals at the start of the competition.

Initially, the 16 guests were split into four groups. Once in the house, each of the four groups had to compete in a different challenge. The four losing houseguests then went up on the block before the game has really even started.
Who went on the block?
The game that the first group of houseguests participated in was a classic Big Brother-style puzzle. Unfortunately, this left Jared the first houseguest nominated for eviction.
The second group of houseguests then competed in a comp called ‘Kicking Butt.’ Essentially, the houseguests had to man a giant boot, kicking themselves in the butt 100 times. This round ended with Kirsten being nominated for eviction.
In the third challenge, houseguests had to connect wires to a mysterious goo bomb in an effort to get the bomb to explode. Players can try as many times as they need to connect the wires in the correct order. While three excelled at this challenge, Felicia went up on the block.
The final competition had the final four houseguests laying on their stomachs, holding on tight, while monster hands tried to drag them backward. Whoever was dragged away first, became not only the 4th nominee but also got them taken from the game for an unknown amount of time. Unfortunately, Corey was the first to get pulled back.
What comes next?
Now that four houseguests are up for eviction, and one is missing, what comes next for these houseguests? As of right now, that’s still rather unclear. Fans will have to continue to tune in to find out the fate of these nominated houseguests.
