Tragic breaking news for fans of HBO‘s Euphoria as actor Angus Cloud has been confirmed dead at the age of 25. Has this young actor’s cause of death been made public? Keep reading for the details that have been made available thus far.

Euphoria Star Angus Cloud Dead At 25

According to TMZ, the family issued a lengthy statement confirming Angus Cloud passed away at the age of 25. Presently, the family has not confirmed what his cause of death was. It, however, is being speculated the actor may have committed suicide as the family noted he was not coping well with the loss of his father.

The family penned in an official statement regarding the actor’s passing: “It is with the heaviest heart that we had to say goodbye to an incredible human today. As an artist, a friend, a brother, and a son, Angus was special to all of us in so many ways.”

Tragically, the family goes on to share that the actor buried his father just last week and was “intensely” struggling to cope with the death of his father. The family adds that the “only comfort” they have during this difficult time is knowing that Angus is now at peace with his father.

Angus was open about his battle with mental health and we hope that his passing can be a reminder to others that they are not alone and should not fight this on their own in silence. We hope the world remembers him for his humor, laughter and love for everyone. We ask for privacy at this time as we are still processing this devastating loss.”

On his Instagram, Angus shared a beautiful picture of his father as he noted he missed him.

Tragically, Angus Cloud was still considered a rising star in Hollywood. He will likely best be remembered for his breakout role in HBO’s Euphoria.

Heartbroken fans of the actor have poured into the comments of all his recent Instagram posts to mourn his tragic death.

Update: Police are saying the cause of death is unknown at this time. Oakland PD and Fire Dept responded to a 911 call where his mom called in a “possible overdose.” She also said he didn’t have a pulse.
