‘Love After Lockup’ Harry Back Behind Bars, How Long?
Love After Lockup alum Harry Velez is back behind bars and this time, he’s going to be staying there for some time. Viewers first came to know him when he was released from prison. It seemed like he was engaging in behavior that could send him back to jail. Yet, he dodged the bullet until this year. Now, he has officially been sentenced but how long will he be locked up for? Love After Lockup Harry Back Behind Bars, How Long?
Viewers first met Harry Velez on Love During Lockup when he was dating Indie. She gave up her whole life to move to Ohio and be with him. Fans saw this play out on the spin-off, Love After Lockup. Unfortunately for her, he was disrespectful and was creeping around with other girls. Though he hid what he was doing, he was hurting Indie and his family. However, Indie had a spiritual advisor who was guiding her in her life and decisions which were not always the best. Eventually, she could see through his games and ended up leaving him.
Then, he ended up getting in trouble in January 2023, according to Starcasm. The former Love After Lockup star faced seven criminal charges after an altercation with the cops. He ultimately got another charge handed to him just days later. In Harry’s mugshot, gone were his braids which he traded for a super shorn look. More so, he did not look happy to be there and now, there is a status update as to what his future holds.

Harry will spend six years behind bars, per @merrypants. He plead guilty to his charges and was given 71 months in jail. That’s just about three months shy of six years for all of the charges he accrued. Fans were quick to chime in with their thoughts, mainly hoping that Indie would never go back to him. Some also knew he would not make it in the outside world, which is really very sad.
Can He Get Out Early?
There is no word if the Love After Lockup star can get out early. However, several other cast members have been arrested as fast as they were released. Nicolle Bradley was just arrested again this year but has seemingly rehabilitated herself. More so, she is spending time with her former co-star, Daonte Sierra. Only time will tell if they end up back on the show or not. As for Harry, he might have another chance at Love During Lockup.
