Big Brother Season 25 is almost here, and we have the air date and time for you.

Fans of the show have been eager for more information as the Season 25 premiere date approaches. Now, we know both when and where the show will air. Read on to find out what you need to do to catch episode 1. And what we know about the new season so far.

25th Anniversary Special Left Fans Scratching Their Heads In Confusion

Before getting to the big night, we have to talk about that bizarre Big Brother 25th Anniversary Special episode from Wednesday night.

First, let’s talk about the house design because it’s all a little confusing. Ahead of the anniversary special, host Julie Chen Moonves shared key art for Season 25. It had a superhero, futuristic vibe. But then during the anniversary special, they showed images of the actual house. And, let’s be honest, it’s all a little confusing. Promos for Season 25 were colorful and vibrant and seemed to promise some major Hollywood glam. But the house was revealed to be muted, with a modern take on art deco seeming to set the vibe. It’s hard to say whether it was bait-and-switch or intentionally misleading, but we’re invested in what it all means.

Next, Julie dropped the news that viewers of Season 25 can expect past houseguests to appear in the new season. But then she added that we might not recognize them. That led some fans to speculate online that there would be some Masked Singer type of challenges or games. But how the former houseguests will appear and which ones we’ll see is all still a mystery.

It’s fair to say that the anniversary special spawned more questions than answers, but at least they’ll be answered soon.

Big Brother Season 25 Air Date And Time Revealed

Because we now know when the premiere will air.

Big Brother Season 25 will kick it all off on Wednesday, August 2, at 8 PM EST on CBS. After that and for two months, new episodes will air on Sundays and Wednesdays at 8 pm and Thursdays at 9 pm EST. It should be noted that the schedule could change once Survivor Season 45, The Amazing Race Season 35, and the Fall NFL season kicks off.

The show will air on CBS, but fans can also stream it from the CBS app or Paramount+. The first episode will be a satisfying 90 minutes long, and Julie Chen Moonves will remain as the host. While we still don’t know who the houseguests are, and probably won’t until the last minute, we do know that 16 people will be competing this season for $750,000.
