Why isn’t Claim To Fame on at its usual time tonight, Monday, July 24th? Usually, it airs at 8 pm EST but this evening, some fans may see it is missing from that time slot. Is it not on anymore? Were ratings bad and it got canceled? Did everyone at home figure out the relatives therefore there was no longer a need for Season 2? Read on for more details.

Why Isn’t Claim To Fame On At Usual Time Tonight?

Claim To Fame has become a mainstay Monday nights at 8 pm. The fun is trying to figure out who each contestant is related to. Many of them have already been figured out by viewers at home. Others are still wishy-washy like Karsyn. So far, Carly Reeves has been sent home which caused her to have a fit. She was the niece of Tom Hanks and his wife, Rita Wilson. Then, there was Travis deGrasse Tyson, the son of Neil deGrasse Tyson. During the third week, Shayne and Monay led Jane to believe that Chris was related to Elvis Presley. This proved to be untrue and Jane was revealed to be Dolly Parton’s niece whose real name was Jada Star.

Finally, last week, Cole had to guess and everyone believed he was choosing Karsyn but he flipped the script. He ended up choosing Shayne and exposing her as Eddie Murphy’s daughter. His reasoning was that he was not 100% sure of who Karsyn’s Claim To Fame was so he could not take the risk. Everyone was shocked but Cole was safe and now the stakes are even higher. No one knows who will be on the chopping block next but they are leery of Hugo and Monay.

It seems that Monay is determined to take Cole down now that he took her partner in crime out of the house. Of course, the game will be more intense than ever. Yet, when will fans get to see this? It will all go down on Monday night just two hours later. The show will air at 10 pm EST rather than 8 pm. So, what is the reason for the big switch? It’s all about roses.

What’s Taking Its Place?

Instead of Claim To Fame airing at 8 pm, The Bachelorette will take over its spot. Usually, the show, starring Charity Lawson, would come on at 9 pm. Yet, that timeslot was a little too late for a two-hour show. Therefore, the times were swapped, and now CTF will come on at 10 pm for the rest of its run with The Bachelorette on at 8 pm.

  1. I don’t care what time Claim to Fame comes on, I’ll be watching it. Love this show and wish it lasted longer than an hour, talk about it flying by!

I hope there will be a Season 3 and the ratings keep climbing!

  2. When will season 2 episode 8 be aired. I couldn’t find it anywhere or time last night. The bachelorette was on until 11 pm.
