Over the past several months, Tammy has worked incredibly hard in hopes of qualifying for skin removal surgery. If Season 5 ever comes to TLC, fans are hoping to learn more about her weight loss journey. But in the meantime, Tammy’s followers are excited to see her updates.

During her family vacation in Florida, Tammy posted some photos revealing that she was very mobile and enjoying herself. Now that she’s back home, it seems like she’s still sticking with her goals.
In a recent TikTok, the TLC star bobbed along to the music while moving her phone around to show off her frame. Specific numbers aside, fans can clearly see how much weight she really has lost in recent months.
During the first several seasons of 1000-Lb Sisters, Tammy Slaton struggled to ride in a car comfortably. Long trips were especially cumbersome for the TLC star, who often had to sit on the floor of the car.
But in the TikTok, she’s comfortably seated and even has her seatbelt fastened. Tammy also wore a cute sweater for the video, which plenty of fans also complimented.

Insiders close to the family reveal that Tammy Slaton really is making remarkable progress. According to one inside source, she’s lost nearly 400 lbs.
“Tammy thought she weighed 370 pounds,” a source recently told The Sun. “Tammy went to a rehab center last Thursday and got weighed. She actually lost more than she had thought. She’s down to 334 and doing awesome.”
At this rate, it’s only going to be a matter of time until Tammy receives her skin surgery. When 1000-Lb Sisters returns to TLC for Season 5, fans can watch the journey unfold onscreen.
