‘GMA’ Michael Strahan Shows Off Big Guns In NYC

Good Morning America co-host Michael Strahan showed off his big guns while out and about in New York City this week.

Long before he was a host on GMA, the former NFL star had ample fans admiring his physique. However, when he films GMA in the studio, he’s nearly always wearing a suit. That means that people who want a glimpse of his muscles are out of luck. But while out in NYC this week, he gave fans a glimpse of his big guns. Here’s your peek at Michael Strahan’s muscular day out on the town.

Michael’s Unconventional Road To GMA Host

A Houston native, Michael Strahan walked an unconventional path to take the desk as a host at GMA. But it was that exact path that created the physique that fans admire so much.

In 1993, a young Michael signed on with the NFL. He spent 15 years as a starring member of the New York Giants. As a defensive end, Michael had to maintain top physical condition. This habit continued well after he retired from the NFL and began exploring his future career in television broadcast.

In 2008, he joined Fox for the NFL Sunday pregame show. His on-screen charisma was immediately evident, and in 2010, he was invited to co-host Live with Kelly and Regis. Michael took over Regis’s former spot at the show from 2012 to 2016. Then in 2018, he was invited to join Good Morning America. However, now that he’s a full-time television host, he still retains all of his physical fitness habits and works out to the degree that he could step right back onto a football field tomorrow.

Fans Get A Glimpse Of GMA Host Michael Strahan’s Big Guns In NYC

This continued fitness is evident any time people catch a photograph of the GMA host outside of the studio.

This week, photographers snapped pics of Michael Strahan in NYC on his way to popular Greek restaurant, Milo’s. In the photographs, a harried-looking Michael was wearing a pale pink polo shirt, and his arms were on full display. To complement the pink shirt, Michael wore light gray navy slacks and black-and-white sneakers. But it’s the shirt that caught everyone’s attention. Michael’s muscles were almost bursting out of his sleeves, and he appeared busy on his phone as he waited for his lunch plans to come to fruition.
