Gwendlyn Brown isn’t on great terms with several family members; but did she even bother to invite Kody and Robyn Brown to her wedding?
That’s one question many Sister Wives fans are asking right now as photos from the special day are popping up online. There are several images of the family hanging out and enjoying the reception. But Kody and Robyn are noticeably missing from all of them.
It wouldn’t surprise Sister Wives fans if Kody and Robyn didn’t show up. But would Gwendlyn intentionally not invite them?

Gwendlyn Brown & family celebrate her marriage
As TV Shows Ace previously shared, it does not appear that Robyn and Kody Brown went to Gwendlyn’s wedding. However, this wasn’t an unexpected move. On her Patreon, Gwendlyn said that she didn’t expect her father or Robyn to show up after everything that has happened with the family dynamic.
But even so, Sister Wives fans were eager to discuss the situation and speculate.
“Did DABSARK go to the wedding?” one Redditor asked recently, using an acronym to represent Dayton, Aurora, Breanna, Solomon, Ariella, Robyn, and Kody. “Did they make it for Gwen’s special day?”
“Considering how HAPPY everyone looked.. I’m guessing no 😜” another Redditor shared. This prompted some users to wonder whether or not Gwen invited them at all.
“She said Robyn’s whole household was invited but as of recording the video she didn’t know if they were coming,” someone else chimed in. Others agreed and recalled that Paedon Brown was the only family member intentionally uninvited.
Several members of the Brown family were unable to attend for one reason or another. However, it seems like most of Gwendlyn’s siblings made it. Janelle and Meri also reportedly came to celebrate her marriage.
Fans know that there has been a lot of drama in the family recently. When Season 18 premieres, viewers are hoping to see what exactly went down.
Did TLC pay for the special day?
TLC loves featuring weddings on its biggest shows. And since the Brown family have so many children, it makes sense that they would want to feature as many weddings onscreen as possible. So did they foot the bill for Gwendlyn and Beatriz’s wedding?
“Gwen had said tlc wasn’t interested in filming it but I bet with her [YouTube] success they’ve added it in,” one Redditor shared on the platform after the ceremony. At this point, it’s not immediately clear whether or not Gwen’s wedding will be featured on the show. But since TLC captured several of her sisters’ weddings, it’s not out of the realm of possibilities.
