ABC Changes ‘Bachelorette’ Charity’s Remaining Schedule Again
Fans of The Bachelorette were furious when Charity Lawson’s season was given a new start time. Viewers have enjoyed the coveted 8 PM Eastern time slot. This season ABC made the decision to switch it up and give the hot spot to the new hit Claim To Fame. However, fans have continually voiced their distaste for the changes and now ABC has answered. Keep reading to find out more.
ABC changes The Bachelorette schedule for the second time
After fans complained nonstop about their favorite dating reality show airing an hour later, ABC answered their call. The Bachelorette featuring Charity Lawson is changing up its scheduled air time for the second time this season.
TV Line reported the changes being made by the network. Beginning the week of July 24, The Bachelorette will move back to its original time slot of 8 pm time slot on Monday nights. Central time viewers will once again see it at 7 pm. With this change comes changes to the Claim To Fame schedule as well. The celebrity-adjacent reality competition Claim to Fame will move to Mondays at 10 pm EST, after debuting in the Mondays at 8 pm time slot.
Other shows also had some schedule adjustments to wrap up the summer season on ABC.
It was never really explained by ABC why they made the change. However, most speculate it was due to recent ratings for The Bachelorette being incredibly low. Fans will be happy to know the network listened and they can now go back to watching Charity’s journey at its original time.
The Final Rose Ceremony Schedule
On top of announcing the schedule change for The Bachelorette, the schedule for the finale was also shared with fans. The show will have another three-hour finale as it has in years past. The season finale along with After the Final Rose is scheduled to air on Monday, August 21 at 8 pm. Claim to Fame‘s two-hour finale will air the following Monday, Aug. 28 at 8 pm.
In the meantime, continue watching Charity as she tries to find the love of her life. Currently, fans are not happy villain Brayden Bowers is still on the show. Many feel he is stirring up some trouble and at one point even called Charity classless for kissing multiple men.
What do you think about ABC changing the schedule again? Are you excited to see how Charity’s season ends? Will she get engaged?
