RHONJ John Fuda Clears Up Criminal Allegations

When Rachel and John Fuda stepped into Season 13, they had a business and a happy family. Though Rachel spoke her mind and was quite out there, John had his own backstory. He had a son, Jaiden, with an ex and his wife was ready to go through the adoption process. Though they already had two young kids together, Rachel felt that she had been in Jaiden’s life for a very long time. His mother had been in and out of trouble and was currently incarcerated. By the time the reunion rolled around, the adoption had been finalized but John Fuda had a bone to pick with Luis Ruelas.

He felt that Teresa Giudice’s husband had found a way to contact Jaiden’s birth mother. Of course, Ruelas disputed this but Fuda would not forgive what Luis had done to his family. Viewers loved how John Fuda stood up to Luis but then some alleged dirt came out on him. It was rumored that he changed his last name to Fuda (a family name) because he had long wanted to be on RHONJ. Yet, he apparently had been arrested and wanted to get it expunged from his record so it would not follow him.

According to Reality Tea, John Fuda went on the BravoBros podcast and shared his side. “I’m not a convicted felon. At all. So what they posted, They actually they left out the bottom of it. So there’s actually two more lines in the same exact report that says it was dismissed. So you know, like any other juvenile kid, I got in trouble when I was a juvenile. I got myself into a couple things, going through an adolescent stage. Got myself involved in a couple things, fights, and this and that.”

Case Dismissed

RHONJ’s John Fuda wants it clear that the case was dismissed. However, that was the one part that was left out. He maintains that he is not a criminal and he just made some mistakes when he was younger. As for the name change, it has also been cited that the Fuda moniker has much more prestige and name recognition. Yet, he also stated in the podcast that he did it to honor his grandfather. So, this should hopefully clear it all up.
