‘The View’ Fans Ready For War Over Colossal Mistake
Fans of ABC’s The View are ready to go to war with the executives and producers for a colossal mistake they keep making. Turns out, viewers were furious when they tuned in for Friday’s episode. And, they aren’t exactly looking forward to Monday’s episode either. What is it that fans are so upset about that they are ready to wage war with ABC? Keep reading for the details.
The View Made A Huge Mistake On Friday
On Friday, when fans turned in to watch The View, they were hit with the enraging disclaimer that the talk show would not be a live broadcast. Instead, the disclaimer confirmed Friday’s episode was pre-recorded. As Tv Shows Ace reported last week, viewers were already upset by the pre-recorded episode from last week. Whoopi Goldberg only made fans of the show more upset when she attempted to cover up the fact that it was pre-recorded by saying the episode was happening on Friday when it wasn’t.

Viewers took to Twitter in waves to express outrage as they were sick of the pre-recorded episodes. Most agreed one of the appeals to watching this type of show was the fact that the broadcast happened live.

One viewer exclaimed: “you need to talk to Jimmy Kimmel, jimmy Fallon, Colbert and Seth Meyers, Everyday their live show is not on the air is points for Trump, need to follow the view lead… don’t give Trump any advantages!!!”

Some fans pointed out that the show has had pre-recorded episodes for a while now. Others questioned how the show could claim to be a show about “hot topics” if the episodes were pre-recorded days prior.
There were also fans who agreed the “pre-recorded” disclaimer was a bit confusing to some as it also could be taken to mean the show is a re-run and not a new episode.
Why Is Monday Not Happening?
Monday is June 19th (Juneteenth) which is a federal holiday. It is extremely common for The View as well as other shows that are typically live to do pre-recorded episodes on major holidays. Regardless of it being a federal holiday and this being pretty typical, fans of The View are more than a little frustrated as they feel there have been entirely too many pre-recorded episodes as of late.

I believe the ladies of The View have been doing an excellent job since the writers strike and would like for them to continue with that.

Pre-recorded or live, it’s all crap. All that show is, is a bunch of hags who have nothing better to do than sit around flapping their mouths about topics that they don’t really know enough about to have an actual opinion about. And besides, what makes their opinions any more relevant than anyone elses? I can’t stand the show, and could care less if they canceled it. In fact, I would prefer it. I wasted a few hours of my day a long time ago watching that nonsence, but all that I got out of it was aggravation. Just cancel it altogether already.
Do people still actually watch this show? It should have been taken off the air a long time ago. Whoopie Goldberg thinks she knows everything and she knows nothing. Joy Behar makes these stupid remarks and then laughs like it’s funny. A comedian she is not. It’s called The View because that’s THEIR view. I stopped watching it a long time ago. Get rid of them.
The VIEW aid a TV show. it is an EDITORIAL. Women voicing THIER openions about whatever. They enjoy hearing themselves talk, and think their voice matters. WHO CARES. WE, THE PUBLIC DO NOT.
amen. Been years since I watched. I’ve seen clips and it shows they’ve sunk deeper and deeper into the abyss. That lawyer is about as stupid as they get. How they have an audience is shocking.
