Acorn TV Makes Major Announcement About The Future Of Signora Volpe
Mystery fans have fallen in love with Emilia Fox’s new mystery series Signora Volpe. Last year, AMC’s Acorn TV released Season 1. Will there be more? Deadline has reported that the streamer has greenlit Season 2.
Moreover, they have already started production of the series in the picturesque Italian regions of Lazio and Umbria. The first season included three movie-length episodes. More so, they will be making the same amount of episodes for the second season.

What do we know about Acorn TV’s Signora Volpe? Sylvia Fox (Fox) is a British SS (secret service) agent that is suffering from frustration and burnout. It doesn’t help that her ex-husband Adam Haines (Jamie Bamber) is there to push her into compromising her integrity. Or a boss who doesn’t care if her undercover team’s secret identities are revealed.
Now, the spy is hanging up her secret life for a life in Umbria, Italy. She is there to reconnect with her artist sister Isabel Vitale (Tara Fitzgerald), and her Italian husband Matteo Vitale (Matteo Carlomagno). Most of all, Sylvia is there to reconnect with her niece Alice Shepherd (Issy Knopfler).
But, despite her clean break from espionage, Sylvia still finds herself solving murders and getting to know the good-looking local head of police.
What Will Happen In Signora Volpe Season 2?
Here is what we know about the upcoming season of Acorn TV’s Signora Volpe. In Season 2, Sylvia has a mystery that involves both murder and blackmail. This makes the former secret agent mingle with the “pillars of the Panicale community.”
Next, Fox heads to Lake Trasimeno. There, she is undercover at a house party after a mysterious death.
Lastly, the third episode has Sylvia encountering an “old foe seeking revenge.” Fox now needs her family and Captain Riva to find her and save her life.
