The View: Whoopi Goldberg Introduces New Man On Set
During Tuesday’s episode this week, Whoopi Goldberg had something to tell everyone before they started into the topics of the day. Calling attention over to a member of the crew behind a camera, Whoopi explained they had a new man joining The View family.
“We got a new man behind the camera.” She explained before revealing his name was Paul as she said hello to him.
Turning their attention to Paul, the entire panel of co-hosts said hi to him (and referred to him by name) at the same time.
Everyone in the live audience clapped and cheered as Whoopi continued to reveal this was Paul’s first day as a member of the crew. Paul had a HUGE smile on his face as the episode briefly flashed to him while Whoopi introduced him and welcomed him to The View family.
After the introduction, Whoopi proceeded to remind everyone in the audience as well as viewers at home that they were now in week four of not having writers. And, she remained hopeful the strike would end soon.

On multiple social media platforms, viewers of The View thanked Whoopi Goldberg for taking the time to introduce them to a member of the crew who worked behind the cameras. Many fans of the talk show also jokingly agreed that Paul was pretty easy on the eyes and had a really nice smile. Viewers at home also joined Whoopi in hoping the writer strike comes to an end soon. Unfortunately, Whoopi did not share any information about what happened to the man who previously stood behind that camera.
