What Are Katie Maloney’s Post-Divorce Feelings On Tom Schwartz?

Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz have been together since before Vanderpump Rules even began. They had their ups and downs on the show and then she gave him a proposal ultimatum in Season 3. In Season 4, he did propose in front of their friends but by the following season, they were a disaster. They were planning their summer wedding but they could not stop fighting and their friends even felt that they should not get married. Plus, Lisa Vanderpump said she did not want to officiate their wedding until they dealt with their issues.

She did end up marrying them but Schwartz cheated on Katie not long after. They tried to make it work but they just fought too much and his dedication to Tom Sandoval was over the top. Prior to Season 10, they announced that they were over. Throughout the season, they tried to be friends but Schwartz broke the one deal they made. They said that they would not hook up with anyone in the friend group and he kissed Raquel Leviss. That ended everything and he hid the affair that Sandoval and Leviss were having so it only made it worse. Now, Katie Maloney is opening up about her ex.

According to yahoo!, Katie did a Los Angeles Times profile. This is what she had to say about Tom Schwartz and where they stand: “I just communicate about the dogs. I’m not in any place where I’m trying to hang out with him.” As for how she feels about her ex: “I think he needs to have a come-to-Jesus moment and he needs to get his s–t together if he ever wants to have any kind of redeeming moment for himself. Not just in this group, but for himself.”

It seems that one of the biggest issues that Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz have is they don’t see eye to eye. He thinks that he was a great husband. Furthermore, he really believes that they tried to make a friendship work after they split. Yet, Katie thinks his perception is quite skewed. At this point, it will take a lot of time and a miracle for them to ever have a real relationship again.
