Kroy Biermann Says Kim Zolciak Gambled Family Into Debt
New shocking allegations are being made by Kroy Biermann as he claims the mother of his children, Kim Zolciak, gambled their family into debt. Is Kim the reason her family is drowning in debt right now? Or, is Kroy just trying to build a case against his ex-wife so he can gain custody of his children? RHOA: Kroy Biermann accuses Kim Zolciak of gambling family into debt
First reported by Radar Online a few hours ago, court documents reveal Kroy Biermann is accusing his ex-wife Kim of having a massive gambling problem. Kroy alleges the problem accelerated in the few months before he officially filed for divorce.
Kroy Biermann claims Kim Zolciak is obsessed with gambling. And, she’s also gone to other games involving chance and risk. He goes on to allege that her “compulsion has financially devastated the parties” because of how much time she’s spent obsessing over gambling and how much money she’s poured into it.
Unfortunately, the RHOA star goes on to claim that Kim has become so consumed by gambling and games of chance that her obsession takes priority over everything else in her life. And, he claims that her children’s needs are being neglected because she can’t see past her obsession.
[Kim’s] time is so consumed with online gambling that she is unable to properly care for the children.”
Kroy goes on to note that he has serious concerns for the safety and well-being of their children because of her gambling addiction.
He wants the children and the house
As those who have been following this story know, Kroy Biermann took a very aggressive approach in the divorce and fight for custody claiming that he was sole custody of the children. While Kim also wants sole physical custody of the children, she was willing to let Kroy have visitations and did not seem to be trying to edge him out completely from making decisions.
News of Kroy’s allegations against Kim follows on the heels of her previous allegations that he has a drug problem and needed to be tested.
Sadly, this heated divorce and custody battle just seems to be getting worse as both Kroy and Kim dig their heels in and fight for what they think they are owed.
