Is Ariana Madix over Vanderpump Rules? More so, is she done with the show and not coming back as a featured cast member? The SUR bartender turned author has had a really rough season. Now, the big question is will she exit the show or stick around for one more round? Read on for more details.

Is Ariana Madix Over Vanderpump Rules?

Ariana Madix joined Vanderpump Rules in Season 2 as the new bartender at SUR. She came over from Villa Blanca when they needed some new energy. Plus, she already was close friends with Scheana Shay and Tom Sandoval who she would end up dating by that season’s reunion. She held strong to who she was for many seasons, even if she was tough and did not always know how to show love. For Season 10, she was all about being by newly single Raquel Leviss’ side. Plus, she was opening a sandwich shop with Katie Maloney but it was also a very sad year.

Her beloved pup, Charlotte passed away at the age of eighteen and then her grandma also passed away. This broke Ariana who admittedly battled depression. She also felt torn between her friends and just wanted to feel like herself again. The rug was about to be pulled out from under her six months after filming stopped. She learned that her boyfriend, Tom Sandoval was having an affair with Raquel after nine years together. This broke her heart but everyone rallied around her. According to Distractify, Ariana Madix almost quit the show.

She had thought that maybe Season 8 would be the end for her but she did end up staying. Her personal and mental struggles were very real and she even considered driving away and never returning. In a conversation with The Daily Dish, she had this to say: “I literally openly was just like, I can’t do this anymore.”

Ariana Madix added: “I feel like what ends up happening is that if I’m watching the show, in the moment, I’ll feel a certain way. And then, like, seven months later, the show’s airing and something will just feel worse when it comes back because then it’s like maybe that person you’re confiding in said something sassy in their interview and you’re like well, f–k you, man, that sucks.” However, she always ends up sticking it out.

“And I honestly feel like instead of being frustrated with the status quo of a situation, I feel like I’d rather stick in the situation and change it.” When asked on Thursday if she would come back for Season 11, she said she wanted to, if they would have her. Of course, there would be no reason not to have her back as she is clearly thriving.
