What will Ariana Madix be doing with ‘her’ house? Though the Vanderpump Rules star shares it with her ex, Tom Sandoval, she has taken ownership of it. How has she done this and what does her future hold with the house? Read on for more details.

What Will Ariana Madix Be Doing With ‘Her’ House?

In 2019, Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix bought their home in Valley Village. They were mocked because they had no furniture or plans to have a family or get married. However, the couple felt that this purchase was a big step in their romance. Then, in March 2023, it came out that Sandoval had been having an affair with their good friend, Raquel Leviss. This shattered the relationship to bits and pieces but they still shared a home. Luckily, Ariana got a Lifetime movie and they did have a mediator to help them manage when they could be in the home. Now, Tom is on tour so Ariana can have the house but she is living her best life in New York City.

On Wednesday night’s WWHL, Ariana Madix opened up about what she was planning to do with the house. She openly said that she wants to sell the house. Fans may remember that Sandoval took out a loan on the house for his restaurant Schwartz and Sandy’s. Yet, he may have to buy Ariana out of the house. As of now, they are both still living in the house. They do have people who help them navigate the comings and goings but they do not have any contact.

It is known that Tom Sandoval was having an affair in that house when Ariana Madix was out of town. At one point, Raquel spent the night when Ariana was in Florida after her grandmother passed away. When Madix was filming her movie, Raquel was also seen leaving the home with multiple overnight bags. Therefore, it seems best to get rid of this house that holds way too much negative history and energy. As for what Tom wants to do, that has yet to be seen.

Ariana Is Moving On

Right now, Ariana Madix is doing all that she can to stay busy and happy. Along with Lala Kent and Scheana Shay, they did a fun Uber Eats commercial. Plus, she has been seeing Daniel Wai since Coachella and he has promised to be good to her. Therefore, she has great energy and glow. She even told Andy Cohen that she is satisfied so hopefully, she will sell the house and get all that she wants and needs.
