‘RHOA’: Did Kim Zolciak & Kroy Biermann Have An Open Marriage?
Real Housewives of Atlanta fans are digging deep to get to the bottom of why Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are getting a divorce. What caused this seemingly perfect relationship to come to an end? Where did they go wrong?
Naturally, fans have all sorts of theories on what brought this marriage to an end. One idea making rounds is that Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann were in an open marriage. The idea goes on to speculate that having an open marriage just caused massive fractures in their relationship and trust for each other. So, they weren’t able to mend the damage and find their way back to each other.
According to TMZ, on the opposite end of the rumor mill, there are also fans speculating someone was unfaithful and that an affair is what broke this couple.
RHOA: Did Kim Zolciak & Kroy Biermann Have An Open Marriage?
Sources close to the couple tell TMZ the rumor mill is going nuts with claims that are bogus. Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann reportedly did not have a marriage with a revolving door for others to come in and join the party. Likewise, the source claims neither Kroy nor Kim had an issue with being unfaithful. The Bravo stars were reportedly faithful to each other until the bitter end of this relationship.
Presently, sources claim that Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are trying to focus on moving forward with their children. The estranged husband and wife just have different ideas on what is best for the children.
Who Will Get Custody?
Legal experts have weighed in and agreed this will likely end up being some sort of joint custody situation as there is no massive reason why the children are unsafe with either parent. As long as the parents provide a safe home and the support the children needs, a judge is going to agree the children deserve to have both parents in their lives.
Kroy Biermann has come into the custody battle with a heavy hand as he tries to take everything away from Kim. Legal experts agree Kim has nothing to worry about as there is no legal recourse for Kroy to be granted sole custody of the children.
Naturally, there are some fans who think the divorce is a sham because the couple is drowning in debt. Legal experts, however, point out that getting a divorce won’t make a tax bill disappear. The bill will continue to follow the couple until it gets paid.
