Kim Zolciak & Kroy Biermann Part Ways As Divorce Heats Up

All eyes are on Real Housewives of Atlanta stars Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann after fans were hit with back-to-back bombshells that the duo was drowning in debt and racing to the courthouse to end their marriage. In the past 24 hours, the Bravo personalities took the next step in splitting up and parted ways on Instagram by unfollowing each other.

Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak part ways as divorce heats up

At first glance, it is clear Kim Zolciak is a lot more invested in Instagram than Kroy. That, however, didn’t stop Kroy Biermann from throwing some shade at Kim with an update to his profile bio recently. In the past 24 hours, his following count dropped as he officially cut ties with her on Instagram. Kim Zolciak seemingly cut ties around the same time.

Presently, Kroy Biermann still follows all of his children on Instagram including his oldest two. As Tv Shows Ace previously reported, Brielle made it known which side of the divorce she is on by sending a loud message when she unfollowed Kroy. At this time, Ariana still follows Kroy. Though, some Bravo fans wonder if she will follow Brielle’s lead and unfollow him as well.

Are they still living together?

Now, some fans consider this move to be a bit dramatic as Kim and Kroy have not parted ways in real life. As far as fans know, Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are still living under the same roof with their four children. Most assume someone will eventually have to move out as things become more heated. In his petition, Kroy Biermann is fighting for both the children and the house. Moreover, he wants Kim to be removed from the home and barred from coming back.

Some fans have wondered if this divorce was all for show because the couple might be trying to get out of the debt they are drowning in. Legal experts, however, have weighed in that tax debt will trump ending their marriage. So, the money they owe the IRS will continue to follow them even after the divorce proceedings. So, this divorce couldn’t be an attempt to get out of debt because it just won’t work out that way for them.

Legal experts have also agreed that the chances of Kroy running away with the children are highly unlikely as Kim would either have to not want the kids or be deemed unfit.
