Kim Zolciak & Kroy Biermann Divorce Gets Nasty As War Brews

The shocking divorce of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann is wasting no time getting nasty as The Real Housewives of Atlanta sit back and prepare to watch the estranged couple go to war. Drowning in financial problems, Kim and Kroy share four small children together and it appears as if they are ready to duke it out over who deserves custody.

Kroy Biermann makes aggressive move for sole custody

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s divorce is getting NASTY. In fact, legal documents confirm Kroy has petitioned the court to grant him sole custody of all four children. Real Housewives fans are shocked by this bold and aggressive move as Kroy Biermann is basically petitioning to edge Kim out of having any control over their four small children.

Now, Kim Zolciak’s side of the divorce reveals this estranged couple is not on the same page let alone reading from the same book in what they want the end result to be. Like Kroy, Kim Zolciak is also petitioning the court to grant her sole physical custody of all four small children.

Kim Zolciak’s divorce: What about the house?

As those who have been following their drama know, their family house went into foreclosure earlier in the year. Kroy is petitioning the court to grant him possession of the home. Likewise, he’s asking the court to order Kim to “vacate the property.”

Within his side of the divorce paperwork, Kroy Biermann is seemingly suggesting he blames his estranged wife Kim for all of their financial problems as his paperwork made it a point to note that Kim must provide ALL financial documents including (but not limited to): income records, tax records, and expense records.

TMZ can also confirm that both Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann filed petitions for divorce. Kim filed her paperwork over the weekend and Kroy filed his paperwork on Monday. So, it also appears as if the feuding couple raced to try and get their paperwork turned in first with the hopes of getting some sort of upper hand with news of their marriage ending.

Buckle up Real Housewives of Atlanta fans as it appears as if this divorce is gearing up to be a long and nasty war as Kroy and Kim are seemingly not on good terms and plan to go to war over their children.
