Mama June Shannon is slamming claims that she has had more work done. Many fans know that she has previously gone under the knife. Yet, to some, it seems like her appearance has been altered and they are calling her out on it. So, what did the reality star have to say? Read on for more details.

Recently, fans were shocked by Mama June’s appearance. Her face and cheeks were very red and blotchy. Additionally, her lips were chapped and she did not look well. She was also seen indulging in barbecue snacks and strawberry biscuits from Popeye’s. This did not sit well with her followers as she was supposed to be on a weight loss journey. In the season finale of Road to Redemption, the doctor would not perform weight loss modification on her. He believed that she needed to work on her eating habits first or the surgery would be for nothing. It seems as though she is not listening to her doctor and fans have taken note.

Now, fans are calling her out once again. According to The Sun, Mama June went out to a steak dinner. She showcased this meal on her Instagram along with water supplements that she has been promoting. Yet, fans could not get over how different she looked. “Did you get cosmetic surgery on your nose? If so, it looks good,” one follower wrote. Immediately, June snapped back and said: “no it’s called contour I have make up on.” Funny enough, the person who asked was not even being rude and asked politely.

It has also been observed that Mama June’s eyes are opened far more than fans are used to. Usually, she is squinting when she is on her Instagram or TikTok. This may have to do with the fact that she is legally blind. Now, she seems to be wide-eyed and bushy tailed but she cannot take offense to plastic surgery questions. Mainly because she has had several procedures in the past and just wanted another weight loss procedure. So, it is not unfounded that she would get more done.

A Whole New Look

Mama June did debut a whole new look in the season premiere of Family Crisis. She had hot pink hair to go with her new marriage. When the last season ended, she and her now-husband, Justin Stroud were just dating. In the closing updates, it was revealed that they had gotten married at a courthouse after six months. However, they will renew their vows this season as Justin claimed he wanted the big lavish wedding. As to what is next for June, fans will just have to wait and see.
