Pregnant Joy Forsyth Lands In ER: Is Everything Okay?
Pregnant Joy Forsyth gave fans an update from the emergency room this week. What’s going on with the soon-to-be mom of three? Is everything okay? Keep reading to get all of the details and to find out how she’s doing in the final weeks of her pregnancy.
Joy Forsyth is expecting her third baby.
Joy and her husband Austin are thrilled to have their third baby on the way. They share five-year-old Gideon and two-year-old Evelyn already. Next month, they will welcome a baby boy into the world.
This pregnancy was high risk because Joy had a 20-week loss between her first two kids. So, she’s had quite a few appointments along the way. Fortunately, everything is going well this time around.
The Duggar daughter previously told fans that her due date is around May 23, 2023. So, it’s only about a month away now!
Why is she in the ER?
On Friday, Joy Forsyth dropped a new YouTube video, giving fans an update on how things are going with her pregnancy. She noted that she is experiencing contractions and that the baby is breech.
Then, she let everyone know she had to go to the emergency room. Fortunately, this was nothing to worry about. She had a stress test scheduled.
The Duggar daughter said, “I didn’t realize I had to come into the ER and get checked in and everything into the hospital.” She filmed herself laying in the bed at the ER while being monitored. Her kids sat quietly and enjoyed watching a TV show on a tablet.
Luckily, this stress test went well and Joy Forsyth wasn’t in the ER for long at all. She was able to check out and head home to continue preparing for her baby’s birth. Right now, she and Austin are in the middle of a few home renovation projects.
Moving forward, she will have two stress tests per week. While she finds this a little annoying, she appreciates the fact that she’s being monitored so closely.
Hopefully, the remaining month of Joy’s pregnancy goes smoothly and the baby flips so he’s no longer breech. Stay tuned for more updates from the Forsyths soon.
