‘Teen Mom’ Brittany DeJesus Suffers Health Crisis, Is She Okay?

Brittany DeJesus has often been her sister, Briana DeJesus’ sidekick. They tend to fight as hard as they love. However, the focus was recently on Brittany as engagement rumors had been flying. Back in December, it looked like she was flaunting a ring on “that finger” but nothing was confirmed until recently. On February 15th of this year, Brittany took to her Instagram to share the lovely proposal from her fiance, Steven, which happened in Hawaii. She captioned the short video: “He loves my birthday cake so much he wanna eat it foreva 💕.”

Current and former Teen Mom co-stars Tyler Baltierra, Jade Cline, Leah Messer, and Jenelle Evans liked the post and sent well wishes. Unfortunately, the happiness was short-lived as she recently experienced a health scare. According to The Sun, Brittany and Steven were vacationing in Los Angeles. The duo was having a great time until they weren’t. Per Brittany DeJesus, she suffered from kidney stones while vacationing. This led to the vacation being moved to the hospital. “Passing kidney stones…ten out of ten do not, do not recommend,” she shared while in the hospital.

Furthermore, she joked that she may not have children after this kidney stone experience. Brittany’s fiance posted a series of snaps from their vacation which seemed to be a great time. He concluded with a photo of Brittany in a wheelchair, looking drained and ready to leave. She commented: “If you don’t end up in the hospital then that means the trip wasn’t done right.” At least the two have a good sense of humor about the vacation gone wrong.

A Fiery One

Teen Mom fans all know that Brittany DeJesus has a fiery and protective personality. Yet, she does tell it like it is when necessary. Her sister, Briana DeJesus has shown her ups and downs on the series. This includes a lot of drama with alum, Kailyn Lowry. Lowry ended up filing a lawsuit against Briana which was later dismissed.

This was cause for a party that was attended by Jade Cline and Jenelle Evans, who had been let go from the franchise. Despite it all, Briana and Brittany have always been there for each other. Therefore, this must have been quite a scare for Briana to hear her sister was hospitalized.
