How Tom Sandoval & Ariana Madix Are Navigating Living Together

How Tom Sandoval & Ariana Madix Are Navigating Living Together

It has been a little over a month since news broke that Tom Sandoval had cheated on Ariana Madix. He did not just cheat, the bar owner had a months-long affair with Raquel Leviss. This shook the Vanderpump Rules world to the core with their co-stars rallying around Ariana. Fortunately, she has had an amazing support system to lean on but there is one big issue. She and Tom still share a home in Valley Village. To make matters worse, he has refused to leave the home in the past, per Kristen Doute who dated Sandoval for around five years.

To add insult to injury, Raquel has been seen leaving the home while Ariana Madix films her Lifetime movie. This is blatantly disrespectful as it is still her home, too. Now, Ariana’s best friend, Scheana Shay is opening up about the living situation and how they are cohabitating. According to Us Weekly, Scheana spoke out about the living situation on her Scheananigans podcast. “She’s doing amazing. Obviously, this has been very hard. You know, she misses her partner — the person that she thought he was,” Scheana began.

She went on to add: “And they still share a house together. So she can’t fully move on while he’s still coming in and out of her house.” The couple purchased their home back in 2019, which was seen on Season 8 of Vanderpump. At the time, their co-stars Katie Maloney, Tom Schwartz, Brittany Cartwright, and Jax Taylor all had moved into the same area. Katie and Tom have since divorced and sold their home leaving just Sandoval/Madix and Cartwright/Taylor.

Help From The Outside

This had been briefly mentioned before but now it seems to be in full effect. Scheana Shay revealed that Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix utilize a mediator for their comings and goings. “He has now agreed to communicate with a third party, letting either his assistant or one of her best friends know when he needs to come into the house, or if he needs to stay in the guest room, if he needs to come get some stuff or whatever.” This does not make it any less painful but it does create somewhat of a system until they figure out their next steps.
