Ariana Madix clarifies open relationship rumors

In January 2023, rumors surfaced that Tom Sandoval was in an open relationship with Ariana Madix. She quickly cleaned up those rumors on social media. Ariana took to Twitter to answer fan questions after the Vanderpump Rules Season 10 trailer dropped. Scheana Shay confronted Sandoval about the open relationship rumors in the footage on the beach.

Sandoval mouthed “Oh my God,” while putting his hand to his head. The trailer doesn’t show anything else. Fans have since noticed how close he gets to Raquel Leviss in the trailer. He hugged his co-star while shirtless in another scene.

“we don’t have an open relationship,” Ariana wrote in a now-deleted tweet. “i’m really not that cool. thought that was obvious.”

Another fan asked her if she was “no longer bi.” She responded: “bisexual ≠ polyamorous.” Tom Sandoval and Ariana appeared on the Bravo series in 2013. The two started dating by the third season.

Last month, Ariana ended her nine-year relationship with Tom Sandoval after she found out about his months-long affair with Raquel. She looked at the intimate footage and texts they shared on his phone. It’s unclear how long Raquel and Sandoval have been together. Their affair might’ve started in August 2022.

Tom Sandoval confirms his wandering eye

On last night’s episode of Vanderpump Rules, Tom Sandoval said that he always had a wandering eye. He admitted that he let his eyes wander “all the time” with Ariana by his side. Schwartz and Sandoval celebrated Brock Davies’ bachelor party in Mexico. Sandoval pushed his friend to move on from his divorce by hooking up with one of the girls at the pool.

They looked at the bikini-clad women dancing around the resort. Schwartz admitted that it felt “illegal” to check out other women. Sandoval admitted that he doesn’t feel that way. He shared that he checked out the guys and girls with his then-girlfriend. Schwartz thought he saw Raquel at the pool.

It turned out that it wasn’t her. Sandoval asked Schwartz if he “wished” it were Raquel. Schwartz admitted that she’s “beautiful.” Sandoval assured him that he understands.
