Amber Johnston Expresses Major Disapproval Of Jonah & Ashley
7 Little Johnstons star Amber Johnston is continuing to express major disapproval of her son Jonah and his girlfriend, Ashley. Amber Johnston gets involved in Jonah & Ashley’s relationship.
On 7 Little Johnstons, viewers watched as Amber got involved in her son’s relationship. After Jonah had a scary incident with Delta-8, he ended up moving back home with his parents, Trent and Amber. While he was living with them, his mom ended up reading his text messages with his girlfriend, Ashley.
It turns out that some negative things were said about Amber Johnston in those messages. After that, she made it clear that she dislikes Jonah and Ashley together. But she’s said much more about the couple and has voiced her disapproval plenty of times.
The 7 Little Johnstons mom makes her feelings known.
On YouTube, TLC shared a series of clips about Jonah and Ashley’s relationship. In one of the clips, Amber Johnston made her feelings about Jonah and Ashley known. Amber said that she has concerns about Jonah having a job, going to finance school, and having so much on his plate. She doesn’t feel that he’s in a good place to be in a relationship with Ashley.
Amber Johnston doesn’t feel that Ashley is going to provide the encouragement and motivation Jonah needs to be successful.
She said, “With Jonah and Ashley, I see through it, and this is not a good fit. And it’s gonna end up failing, and what I don’t want to happen is lust to take over and get him in a situation that not only costs money but costs so much mental anguish.”
She doesn’t want to see Jonah go through this, especially with his own “instability.” Though this conversation came after Jonah and Ashley decided to end their break, she believes the break isn’t actually over.

I think she should stay out of her kids lives (they are adults now) I have two adult sons, I’m roommates with my oldest and I don’t tell him how to live his life or my youngest one. I may offer my help and opinion that’s it. That’s all you can do.
I think she should stay out of her adult children romantic relationships or he qill end up a lonely old little man. know woman is going to want a noisy mother in law.and he needs to learn about life and love on there on.she is making him look like a mama’s boy. she don’t have to like you Amy and it’s because you are all up in there business. stay out and let Jonah be a man and be happy and start his family.
Well sooner or later Amber is going to have to let him make his own decisions. But right now I agree with her and not because of Ashley but because of Jonah. He is very immature for his age and he’s doing nothing to help himself out. He was on his own one time and screwed that up with drugs. He doesn’t keep a job and goes from job to job. He is not ready for marriage period. Ashley needs to understand that he could ruin her life too. She needs to finish school get a good job and go from there. If Jonah finally gets his act together then maybe if they still love each other then they can think about marriage. By then maybe Jonah will have grown up and have a steady job and live on his own.
